Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.nj-jewellery.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order cut-off time: 4 P.M.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 (Monday – Friday)
The quality delivery time is 3-7 (Monday – Friday)

 

Shipping Cost:

- For all orders we provide flat shipping fee $15 for all orders all over the world, while we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or canceled. If you'd wish to return a product, you've to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows, it's delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged, we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persist kindly write us at support@nj-jewellery.com and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.

Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@nj-jewellery.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Nj-Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)

DELIVERY TIME

Handling time: 0-1 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Transit time: 3-10 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
